Privacy Policy

The data controller is Monster IT Support Services Ltd., Hillsborough, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland. This policy explains what personal data demodummy collects, how we use it and your rights.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and sign-in information.
• Workspace content: recordings, screenshots, text, voiceovers, music and videos you create or upload.
• Billing details: plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Viewer details: if a published walkthrough includes a lead form, the details viewers choose to submit.
• Technical data: basic logs and error reports needed to keep the service secure and working.

Why we use it

• To provide the service you signed up for (contract).
• To process payments and keep records (contract and legal obligation).
• To secure, fix and improve the service (legitimate interest).
• To reply when you contact us.

We don't sell your data or use your content to advertise to you.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase (via Lovable Cloud) — hosting, database, file storage and sign-in.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) — payments and subscriptions.
• PostHog (EU region) — product analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Google, reached through the Lovable AI Gateway) — to generate step text and voiceovers when you use AI features. Only the content needed for that action is sent, and it is not used to train their public models.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

AI-generated content

Voiceovers and some step text are produced by AI. Published walkthroughs that use AI narration show a label telling viewers the voice is AI-generated. You can turn off AI step wording in Settings → Security.

Your recordings

Recordings capture whatever is on your screen. Use a demo account or the blur tool to hide personal or sensitive details before you publish.

Cookies

We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. With your consent, we also use PostHog analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can choose "Essential only" in the banner, and change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site. We don't use advertising cookies.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and every workspace you are the only member of in Settings → Profile. This is permanent.
